There are around 7 billion people in this world. Out of these 7 billion people, there is not one single person in the world that looks like you. Sure there are look-alikes and doppelgangers and twins but if you look closely you will find out that they are still a little bit different from each other. Each one of us was created uniquely and if you don’t believe me just get your DNA checked out. There is only one you in this whole wide world. You are like they say “One in a billion!” If you consider all the billions of people that lived before you, then you are “One in all creation!”
Psalm 139:13 says, “For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb.” If you exist here on Earth then it is because God created you with a unique purpose. God had already determined your place of birth, your family, your appearance, your height, your race, your talents even before you were born.
Ephesians 2:10 says, “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.” Next time you are concerned about the way you look, your family, or your race just know that God has prepared that for you beforehand so that you can fulfill your own unique purpose in life, looking like you! If we truly believe in God and the plan he has in our lives then we need to quit comparing ourselves to other people. God has a unique plan for you, so focus on God’s plan for your life.
Psalm 33:11 says “The plans of the LORD stand firm forever, the purposes of His heart through all generations.” God has a unique plan for you. If you want to find out what that plan is then you have to spend time reading the bible and praying whenever you can. When you start doing that you will find out that God will slowly change your thinking and everything around you will start to make sense. You will begin to realize why you were created the way you were and you will start walking in God’s unique purpose for your life. Psalm 57:2 says, “I cry out to God Most High, to God who fulfills his purpose for me.” You are unique for a reason and to find why you need to spend more time with God so He can fulfill that purpose in your life.
God Bless!
